Tonik the human faced dog
Today while pursuing Huffington Post, I glanced over in the timeline and noticed the cutest little dog with a freakishly human facial expression. I just had to find out some more information about this cute little rascal that goes by the name of Tonik. What I found out is that Tonik is up for adoption just being recently rescued from a kill shelter in Kentucky. Here's is what the folk's over at Petfinder have to say about this cutie:
Tonik came to us from a kill shelter in Kentucky and there is a very sweet boy in there who is trying to figure things out and enjoy people. It seems he has not had too much socialization. He is great with other dogs. He is not dangerous, but should not be placed with young children because he will get too overwhelmed. He will need a home with lots of patience & good energy.
More info if your looking to adopt this handsome little fellow
His approx.birth date is 02/01/11 and he weighs 11 pounds. He has been vet. checked, neutered, micro chipped, heart worm tested negative is up to date on routine shots & worming including rabies & has been treated with advantage multi per our protocol. He has been pro. groomed since his photos were taken. His adoption donation is $250 and needs to be cash, cashier's check or money order. This facility does not ship or transport pets so you would have to figure out a way of getting to Tonik to pick him up. If my son was a little bit older the hubster and I would totally go get Tonik for my sons first pet. I just know that Tonik has to be a bundle of fun and smart being a shi-tsu /poodle mix. My mom had a shi-tsu named Prince the dog formely known as Rusty, I loved him he was such a joy to being around and he was super smart and loving human like little guy. So hurry up over to homeward's site and jump in on that inquiry for Tonik, I'm pretty sure that they've had thousand's of people contact them about this cute but weird looking dog.
